I Have Now Been Awarded Legal Aid

On Wednesday at around 4.30 pm myself and 4 other Hollie supporters staged a peaceful picket outside the offices of the Scottish Legal Aid Board (SLAB). We distributed leaflets which highlighted various issues including the strange circumstances in which my Legal Aid had been withdrawn.

First thing on Thursday morning my lawyer received a phone call from SLAB advising that my Legal Aid has now been re-instated. I believe that I am now in a position to re-assemble my first-class defence team.

I cannot understand why there were so many problems in granting Legal Aid.

  7. congratulations on your funding. Thats one less stress among the plethora you have to meticulously organize and place in compartments, ensuring you maintain the precise equilibrium between emotions[not too contained because you will be accused of being emotionally void: not to emotional since that indicates instability]that will minimize the magnitude that local authority can manipulate their findings to create a transverse reality of occurrences, document their fantastical statment of findings, hand pick only such that supports what they want as an and result and remove any trace of evidence that contradicts their agenda

  9. I am very pleased for you Robert.

I suspect that they realised a failure to grant you Legal Aid would leave them open to a challenge under Article 6 of the Human Rights Act.

  10. Best of luck to you. May the entire story be aired to the public so we can shine the light on the pervading hate-crimes against the innocents across the West. How sad that the powers-that-be seem determined to maliciously prosecute innocence - is it mandatory? It is completely distressing and very bewildering in this day and age. Sadism has no place in civil society. Sadists are simply 'love rejects' - they can't love so they derive pleasure from pain.

  11. PS. Apology, made an error. Meant to refer to 'malicious persecution' rather than 'prosecution', although that happens too (!) Had to correct that, don't fancy time at my local nuthouse at the moment and a spelling mistake could have me down as a loony. Local nuthouse is notorious for its ex patients jumping out of windows and suchlike and I do love life, even if it is fraught with danger, worry and horror at times.
