Trial Will Proceed On November 14th

   Following yet another intermediate diet at Stonehaven it now appears certain that my trial will commence on November 14th. As I have no intention of changing my plea of Not Guilty the only realistic scenario which could cause the trial not to go ahead would be if the Crown was to drop the charges. The trial is still expected to last for 2 weeks.

    If they drop charges (thus to avoid the publicity), do you have a mind to sue for wrongful arrest ?

    robert if you dont get a thousand supporters on your trial date in stonehaven and online blogging about this shouting your praises then justice is so cruel you cant break the law for telling the truth can you ? all the best

    Its interesting that if you get a custodial sentence then this will show us all how corrupt the judicial system is as i know your next meeting which you need to attend after the trial our thoughts will be with you and your familiy
